Kids BJJ

Brazilian jiu-jitsu is considered one of the best self defense martial arts. In BJJ,  it is all about getting your opponent to the ground without causing them harm (this is in contrast to other forms of martial arts or self defense).  It will improve your child’s self-confidence and raise their self-esteem. It also teaches them discipline and respect for themselves as well as others. BJJ has also been shown to improve coordination, behavior, and overall focus in day to day life. The class consists of a warm up with solo or partner drills. We will practice mobility and motor coordination exercises as well as technique practice. We will also have live monitored training. I guarantee, no matter what their fitness or skill level is, they will have a lot of fun burning some extra energy and making new friends all while  learning practical self-defense techniques

 

Classes are divided by age and level. Ages 5 and up.

Adult BJJ

Brazilian jiu jitsu is a life changing experience. Once you try it, you will wish you had started a long time ago. The classes are for all ages and skill sets. Regardless of your fitness level, there is a class for you! You will learn the essentials of Brazilian jiu jitsu in a fun and friendly environment. I am confident you will see the positive benefits it brings to all aspects of your life; whether that is at work or at home. BJJ training is much more than just self-defense, it is a way of life that connects people and improves our own sense of wellbeing.

Adult Kickboxing

You will have fun learning how to properly strike at the same time you get one the best cardio work outs to get in shape and burn calories.
